Surviving 30
Well, I got through my birthday. Here's what happened:
Friday:
-Was surprised at work with cake and balloons in the staff lounge. Also got a new lunchbox and some soda from coworkers.
Saturday:
-Went to Osaka with my folks, sister, and niece. First time visiting new location. Still good.
-Got a couple shirts from my sister and some pants from my parents, as well as 2 $30 BestBuy GC giftcards.
Sunday:
-Put giftcards towards Singstar Vol. 2 and Buzz Quiz TV for PS3.
Monday:
-After we got home from work/school, mom told me and the kids to change into "comfy clothes". Then they put a blindfold on me. They took me to Chuck E. Cheese. (Kids' idea)
-The kids also had a present for me- a bag of 30 mini-rubber ducks.
